Authentic Filter Coffee tastes divine when the coffee decoction is made in the traditional brass filter. Our discussions with elders from different regions led us to Cumbakonam where they used to make these filters. Our journey was not as fruitful as we would have expected as all the artisans known for this skill had long stopped making it. Our commitment to bring this tradition back to our household took us all the way to Maharashtra where a historically significant cluster of artisans helped us in reviving this product.
