Do they lose shine with usage
Kansa , Copper and Brass tend to oxidise with usage . Best way to get the shine back is to use tamarind or lime skin to clean the oxidisation.
Can we eat sour items like curd , sambhar in Kansa?
Kansa has 22% tin content which protects the acidic food items from reacting with the copper in alloy. As we consume food for no more than 20-30 minutes, you can eat sour food in Kansa.
Do Kansa Break or crack if we drop or cook in them?
Kansa in casted mode do not break if done to the exact proportion. Our Tulsi range which are casted bronze or Kansa are unbreakable. Kansa ware made of sheet or Ingots (Like done in Orissa) can break if you drop them or heat it in gas burner.
