First molten tin is poured to form a thick sheet and that is slowly beaten with wooden hammers and tools to bring them to the final shape. It take 6-7 hours to make one vessel.
Tin is known to react positively with the tamarind and spices used in making Rasam. Once you have tasted the rasam in an Eeya Chombu, there is no going back!
Tin as per "Ayurveda" assists in managing the phlegm ("Kapa") in our body. Long term usage assists in diabetes management, UTI prevention and improves gut health.
Apart from making the tastiest rasam, the tin vessel can be used to make tangy dal, Set curd, Store cooked food or Make Kashayam.
You can use this vessel as long as dish is liquid and does not need tadka to begin with.

What will happen if tin vessel is kept empty on gas
Tin metal has a very low melting point of 218* C and the metal will melt within seconds if kept empty or when direct tadka is done on the vessel.
Do you take melted tin vessel back
If the old tin vessel which is damaged in bought from Zishta, we will surely take back the same at a rate and provide store credit for other purchases at Zishta
