For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking Transactions, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where a product was received in a damaged condition and was verified and authorized by Zishta.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions, Cash Refunds are not allowed since we cannot get to deliver cash through couriers. We provide store credit to the product value which you can use against future purchase. The Coupon code will be generated and provided to you post the product reaches the facility.
Shipping cost (which Zishta will incur for both ways) will be deducted in the following cases:
Incorrect or outdated delivery address, incorrect address format
After 3 failed delivery attempts by the logistics company
Package refused by recipient
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
Products returned in a used
Products arrived to Zishta office in damaged condition when customer opts to courier by themselves
Package has been lost in transit when customer opts to courier by themselves
Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment and have gone through quality check
Most of the banks take 10-12 days to process the refund request.
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
Customer is hereby requested to provide accurate information on shipping address as indicated by the registration form by Zishta. We have tie ups with reputed logistics companies to fulfil orders within India and your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep. As soon as the product is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us regarding your package tracking information
On an average, it takes us about 5 business days to ship goods out of our warehouses. However, some products that are mentioned as made-to-order will take longer timeline to craft and the timeline would be mentioned in the product page.
Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. In case a non-delivery takes place owing to the customer's mistake any additional charge incurred by Zishta for the product's re-delivery will have to be borne by the customer.
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
