Cast Iron Kadai Combo - A Versatile Handcrafted Iron Kadai Set
The Cast Iron Kadai Combo is a set of three cast iron kadais in small, medium, and large sizes, designed to handle different everyday cooking needs. Each kadai serves a clear purpose, from quick vegetable fries to deep frying and curry preparation. This combo is meant for homes that prefer traditional cookware and want flexibility without switching pans.
Product Highlights
- Three Sizes for Different Cooking Needs - Includes small, medium, and large kadais for potato roast, ladies finger fry, chicken or fish fry, pooris, papad, and daily curries.
- Traditional Sand Mould Casting - Each kadai is cast using river sand moulds from high-flow regions, known for finer sand and better surface finish.
- Railway Grade Iron Casting - Pure railway grade iron is used during casting, giving the kadais strength, density, and long life.
- Pre-Seasoned and Ready to Use - The kadais are pre-seasoned to make them easier to use from the first few cooks.
- Thick Cast Iron Construction - The thickness helps retain heat longer and allows even cooking without sudden temperature loss.
- Chemical-Free Cooking Surface - No synthetic coatings or chemical layers are used at any stage of manufacturing.
Why Choose This Cast Iron Kadai Combo
- Better Heat Retention for Frying - Cast iron holds heat steadily, which helps achieve crisp textures when frying vegetables, fish, or meat.
- Requires Less Oil Over Time - As seasoning improves, the surface needs less oil for cooking compared to thinner pans.
- Enhances Traditional Flavours - Slow, even heating brings out deeper flavours in curries, roasts, and fried foods.
- Built for Long-Term Daily Use - The solid construction reduces wear and makes the kadais suitable for regular cooking.
- Safer Alternative to Coated Cookware - No peeling, flaking, or chemical exposure during high-heat cooking.
- Tested for Safety Standards - Zishta cast iron cookware is tested in NABL-accredited laboratories and complies with EU RoHS standards.
