Dry roasts dals really nice. My go to kadai for all sorts of vegetable cookings. Just that potato sticks to the bottom but the final taste is awesome. Curries taste as though I cooked on coal stove.

These tumblers are so beautiful that my kids in US loves it. It is go to glass for drinking water now😁. I will be ordering more soon. Thank you Zishta for this line of utensils.

The handy is excellent to cook. Retains heat and cooks vegetables evenly. Love this line of cookware like anything.

I bought a pre seasoned cast iron tawa from Zishta and from the second use the whole family has been raving about dosais and we have discovered a new ‘aha’ feel to dosais after so many years! Those of you who have given up on cast iron tawa after several frustrating experiences at trying to season it, please do give Zishta a chance and discover the true magic of dosais! I ordered large size.I was expecting little bigger than what it is.But over all,it’s great..I already cooked in it as soon as I got it.😊

I like to cook from the famous book of recipes written by the erstwhile maharaja of sailana. For this I needed a satisfying pot to cook the qorma/kalia etc. This extra large pot I bought is more than satisfying.

I bought soapstone in Hyderabad store. I am making tasty curd in negative temperatures without any need to keep in refrigerator for storing and in oven for making. Thank zishta for you store in Hyderabad.

Perfect size for a coffee consumer who consumes coffee several times a day. This is precisely the dose of perk-me-up that I need. One concern I have with Brass and Kansa is its lead content. I have inherited a few heirloom brass items that have large amounts of lead in it. So i'm used to testing any Kansa or Brass item I buy... no matter how trustworthy the seller is. And I have to say the results were satisfactory. The lead test kit showed no traces of lead. However, the certificate that came along with the product says 0.0015 lead, which I hope is negligible. I, however, wonder why it isn't zero.

This one is simply superb! Although it is called serveware, I find it is as sturdy and stove-friendly as the other kansa utensils in the Tulsi range. I use it on the stove for reheating small quantities of food, making kanji, and even for cooking a small amount of dal on a low flame. Works quite nicely!
