Why does Soapstone crack after many months of usage?
There could be multiple reasons for the same.
1. Maintenance: We should make sure they are cleaned and stored separately.
2. Usage: Please make sure you follow the initial treatment and usage instruction for first 15-20 uses carefully to enhance the life of soapstone.
3. Dry heating: As much as possible prevent dry heating of the stone and then adding cold ingredients. Always add something to the stone before heating it up.
