Role 1 Title: Customer Relationship Executive

  • Convert leads and enquiries to sales and new customer acquisition. 
  • Manage and respond on a timely manner to customer calls and queries related to pre sales and sales. 
  • Engage with customers, help them to make an informed decision
  • Communicate advantages of products to customers and enable them to purchase.
  • Support customers to place order offline wherever there is a need.  
  • Keep customers updated on new products, products in stock, events etc.  
  • Gather customer feedback of experience and rating in Google and Zishta website.Implement ideas for pre-sales and sales and provide with 5 star customer experience and delight.  
  • Handle customer issues efficiently and provide solution to customer in coordination with stakeholders in the most efficient and effective manner. 
  • Engage and convert enquiry to order / sales.   

Educational Qualification

Basic qualification required is any degree. MBA, Mass Communication would be an added advantage. 
Desired Qualification
  • To have strong communication skills. Must have excellent fluency in spoken and written English. 
  • Additionally, comfort of having a reasonable conversation in any 1 southern language & Hindi would be helpful
  • To have maturity, patience & empathy towards customers while discussing with them on their requirements. 
  • Should be a fast learner, have the drive to achieve and to be highly motivated.  
Experience: 2 to 4 years work experience in managing customer queries / inside sales management. Age no bar.  
Salary Range: 2.2 to 2.64 Lakhs annum. Negotiable slightly depending on the 
experience & value add the candidate can bring to the organisation.  
Monday to Saturday. 9:30 AM to 6.30 PM. At Zishta1676, 17th main, 2nd Phase, JP  Nagar, Bangalore 


Role 2 Title: Retail Sales Executive , Bangalore Store

  • Excellence in Customer handling and service and ensuring customers have a pleasant shopping experience interacting with Zishta.  
  • To be a consultant to customers by identifying their needs, provide right knowledge and information to help customers make an informed decision.  
  • Provide fact based data about products and services and recommend solutions.  
  • Problem solving attitude, promptly resolve potential customer issues and a positive attitude is important for this role.  
  • Monitor the operations and performance of the Store. 
  • Visual Merchandising. Ensure racks are fully stocked 
  • Stock Auditing.  Ensure that right stock is available at the right time at the.  right place by required analysis and planning.

Desired Qualification 

  • Proven work experience of 2-4 years in retail sales. 
  • Understanding of the retail sales process  
  • Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures 
  • Strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome and capable of building trusting relationshipsAbility to perform in fast-paced environments· 
  • Should be able to speak well in English and. Kannada. Basic understanding of Hindi is helpful. 

Educational Qualification

Graduate/ PG 

6 days a week. Sunday is a working day and any one of the weekdays between  Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday will be the weekly off day. 

Timing: 10 AM to 7.30 PM
