I ordered the large-sized (2-2.3L) Kalchatti and received it within two days. The speed of delivery was quite impressive. The parcel was packed properly, with utmost care and attention given to prevent any breakage. However, the vessel I received was not of the mentioned capacity, so I contacted customer service. I must mention that their customer support was exceptional. They patiently addressed my concerns and resent the correct product within two days. The quality of the soapstone is commendable. It has been carved with exquisite perfection. I am very excited to season it to start using it soon. I want to thank Zishta for their amazing service, and I am sure to buy more products from them.

Low maintenance, dishwasher safe and beautiful cooking pots. My most favourite cooking pots since they arrived in my house. Heavy bottom so cooking and cleaning is both easy. I got this brass lagaan to cook biryani. Well made, looks beautiful and heavy for its size. I would suggest a lid for this would help.

The design is handy, spilling is less ( I had purchased one from you sometime back with a lengthier handle but it had a lesser rice holding capacity and spillage was more ). This seems to be good.

The Eaya Chombu that I bought is awesome. It came in very nice packaging along with usage instructions. So far very positive experience.

Product super. Courier is drawback

For long I had been looking for a ghee pot whose lid can close fully so as to delay rancidity. This one comes with a tin coating ( on lid too) which is an added advantage. It is neither heavy nor light, but sturdy. The spoon is of apt size. I have previously bought dosa tawa, skillet, clay items, kalchatti, tadka pan, iron kadai and wok from Zishta and this ghee pot is an addition to my existing collection 😀 of Zishta products. This product is very ideal for a family of four
