I ordered the large-sized (2-2.3L) Kalchatti and received it within two days. The speed of delivery was quite impressive. The parcel was packed properly, with utmost care and attention given to prevent any breakage. However, the vessel I received was not of the mentioned capacity, so I contacted customer service. I must mention that their customer support was exceptional. They patiently addressed my concerns and resent the correct product within two days. The quality of the soapstone is commendable. I got this brass lagaan to cook biryani. Well made, looks beautiful and heavy for its size. I would suggest a lid for this would help.

The design is handy, spilling is less ( I had purchased one from you sometime back with a lengthier handle but it had a lesser rice holding capacity and spillage was more ). This seems to be good.
