Zishta at the Global Indology Conclave

Zishta Co-Founder Meera Ramakrishna at The Global Indology Conclave

Zishta was honoured to be part of the Global Indology Conclave hosted by the Adani Group, where our co-founder, Meera Ramakrishnan, was invited as a speaker. The conclave served as an important platform to highlight Zishta’s ongoing efforts to revive India’s age-old crafts and traditional knowledge systems.

During her address, Meera Ramakrishnan shared Zishta’s journey and purpose - travelling across India to work closely with rural artisan communities, reviving traditional craftsmanship, and preserving authentic handmade cookware such as soapstone kalchattis and traditional brassware that were once on the brink of disappearing. She also spoke about Zishta’s commitment to giving India’s traditional knowledge systems a strong and meaningful global voice.

The invitation to speak at the conclave stands as a validation of Zishta’s mission to bridge artisans and modern consumers, ensuring a living, continuous flow of heritage, skill, and artistry across generations.
