I bought the Sengottai dosai kallu a couple of years ago. It helps me make the BEST and crispiest dosais ever! I have begun making dosais more frequently since I purchased this for the sheer joy of it. My mother, who used it when starting with me, is now excited to own one as well. Items were delivered quickly and well packed. The curd setter is excellent and does a great job of making tasty thick curd. The manipur pots have a very traditional look and are great for slow cooking curries and soups.
