Kansa Tulsi Tawa – For Perfectly Cooked, Healthful Flatbreads and More
A Kansa Tawa is a traditional Indian flat griddle pan made from Pure Kansa (Bronze), used for cooking flatbreads like dosas, rotis and pancakes.
Part of Zishta's Tulsi Collection, this bronze cookware draws inspiration from the purity and spiritual significance of the sacred Tulsi plant, blending Ayurvedic traditions with modern cookware design.
With its smooth, naturally non-stick surface and heat conserving properties, the Tulsi Tawa is designed for both functionality and elegance in the modern kitchen.
Product Highlights
- High-Performance Material: Pure Kansa (Bronze), an alloy of Copper and TIn (78/22 copper-tin ratio).
- Design: Perfectly round shape with a subtle dip at the centre, improving stability and heat spread. Broad, smooth cooking surface - ideal for uniform contact with heat. Long loop-style handle positioned high, giving safe distance from the flame.
- Artisan Crafted: Handcrafted by the artisans of Maharashtra, using age-old techniques.
- Usage: Ideal for preparing dosas, pancakes, rotis, parathas.
- Dishwasher Safe: This tawa is dishwasher safe, making maintenance hassle free.
