I am having my favourite “Rasam”almost every alternate day in “Eya Chombu “ . The Taste and Aroma of spices is awesome and difficult to get without EYEA CHOMBU that I have recently bought from ZISHTA. It’s a priceless addition to our South Indian Cookery Utensils in our home ! First molten tin is poured to form a thick sheet and that is slowly beaten with wooden hammers and tools to bring them to the final shape. It take 6-7 hours to make one vessel.

Tastiest Rasam in the World

Tin is known to react positively with the tamarind and spices used in making Rasam. Once you have tasted the rasam in an Eeya Chombu, there is no going back!
