I bought a pre seasoned cast iron tawa from Zishta and from the second use the whole family has been raving about dosais and we have discovered a new ‘aha’ feel to dosais after so many years! Pre seasoned is not working

Pre seasoned means no need to season it before using right? But I had to season by rubbing oil and rubbing it with cut onion and etc. even there are few places dosas are sticking to the tawa. I always hated cast iron ones because of this only reason I bought pre seasoned but it didn’t work the way it was supposed to work 😌
