Do they lose shine with usage
Kansa , Copper and Brass tend to oxidise with usage . Best way to get the shine back is to use tamarind or lime skin to clean the oxidisation.
What is green formation on copper if left outside for long
Copper oxidises with exposure to water and air. If not cleaned regularly, the patina formation happens which is greenish in colour. This is not safe to consume water from copper ware which has patina formation. Clean it immediately before using again.
Can we store hot water in copper
Storing hot water results in excessive copper leaching. Please do not store hot or even luke warm water. Room temperature water should be stored in copper and brass
