Terms and Conditions

Zishta Heritage Ambassador Program: Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Zishta Heritage Ambassador Program. By participating in the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility and Registration

All interested individuals must register through the Zishta Affiliate portal.

Registrations will be vetted by the Zishta team. Approval is at Zishta’s sole discretion, and only approved individuals will be considered affiliates and part of the Zishta Heritage Ambassador Program.

Affiliate Account Setup

Upon approval, affiliates must log in to their accounts and provide their preferred payout details, such as a valid bank account or PayPal account.

Providing accurate payout information is essential for receiving payouts.

Payout Schedule

Payouts will occur on the 15th of each month for referrals made and completed in the previous month. For example, commissions for January will be paid on February 15th.

Referral Order Conditions

A referral order is accepted only if the following conditions are met:

 

Zishta reserves the right to make the final decision on the approval of any affiliate order.

Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for promoting Zishta products through ethical and appropriate channels.
Affiliates must ensure their promotional activities align with Zishta’s values and do not harm the brand’s reputation.

Commission Structure

Commission details will be shared upon approval and can vary based on the product category and promotional campaign.
Zishta reserves the right to modify the commission structure with prior notice to affiliates.

Termination

Zishta reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

Zishta reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.

Participation in the program constitutes agreement to these terms and any future amendments.
