Shipping Policy

All of Zishta orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in Bangalore, India to your provided shipping address via delivery partner aggregators like Shiprocket.com or Pickrr.com who in-turn uses delivery/logistic companies like Delhivery, FedEx etc. The choice of courier partner is depending on the serviceability of your location and the most reliable option. Generally, Processing the order normally takes 2-3  working days and then Shipping normally takes 4-6  working days.

Some of our products are made to order and it would take 15-20 days to make products and then ship them. At the time of product selection as well as at checkout page - estimated delivery timelines are provided. 

Do note that most of our products are hand made by rural artisans and at any point of time we get very limited quantities. If there are any delays in shipping, our customer experience team will intimate the customers within 3-4 days of order placement on expected delays in shipping.

For orders with multiple products, please take the product with the longest wait time as all products will be shipped together. Upon special consideration we may do part shipment if waiting time for certain made to products are too long. This decision will be taken in consultation with the customers. 

Shipping destinations offered by Zishta Inc for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online.

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.

Delivery partners will attempt delivery 3  times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please WhatsApp us at +916360966871 or email us at support@zishta.com. If the product returns to our facility, we will refund the value of the product for Pre-paid customers.
