Description

Zishta pre-seasoned cast iron Kuzhipaniyara pan (paddu tawa) is made using the traditional sand moulds from the local river sand, known for it's speciality of fine sand as it is in a high flow region of the river. Pure railway grade iron is used in the casting process.
The thickness & quality of Zishta cast iron kuzhipaniyara paddu pan gives it longer life, higher iron density, retains heat longer and consumes less oil.

Got my tawas promptly in a week and the quality is quite good. Had a lot of questions regarding initial preparation which were patiently answered by the zishta team. Have used it a couple of times to make appe and they turned out to be quite good. There is definitely a difference in taste in food prepared in cast iron utensils.
