A versatile kadai for your day-to-day regular cooking especially to cook deep fried foods like vada, poori, papad, samosa, kofta, Jalebi, Badushah, Sabjis, curries and more.
The handles are made of high grade stainless steel and are convenient to hold using a cloth or mitten while cooking.
The Iron kadai is pre-seasoned. The thickness & quality of Zishta Iron kadai gives it longer life, higher iron density and retains heat longer. It is induction friendly.
In Iron vessels, ensure proper heat control while deep-frying.

All our Iron & Cast Iron Cookware are pre-seasoned following traditional techniques. We use Gingely (Sesame) oil for the seasoning process.
