  • Size: Small (0.8-1 litre capacity)
  • Usage: Curries, deep frying, gravies and sweets. 
  • Tin Lining (Kalai): Lined with tin to prevent acidic foods from reacting with the brass, and protect the brass from corrosion.
  • Care: Avoid harsh or abrasive detergents.
  • Note: Tin Coating wears off with use, re-coating has to be done once the metal finish is visible.
  • Note: This kadai does not have a lid.
