Description

Delicious omelettes, scrambled eggs, pancakes or even neer dosa are best made in Zishta cast iron raised edge pan.
Zishta pre-seasoned cast iron raised edge pan is made using the traditional sand moulds from the local river sand, known for it's speciality of fine sand as it is in a high flow region of the river. Pure railway grade iron is used in the casting process.
Zishta raised edge tawa are strong and thick, retains heat longer, makes it a versatile addition to your kitchen. No more harmful chemicals in your kitchen.
Zishta cast iron products are tested in NABL accredited laboratory and comply with EU standards for Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS).

Firsr two days I seasoned with onion and oil then yesterday I wanted to make an omelette but it got cracked ( noise came ) in the stove itself when I was heating

Are they Pre-seasoned?

All our Iron & Cast Iron Cookware are pre-seasoned following traditional techniques. We use Gingely (Sesame) oil for the seasoning process.

How to start using the Cast Iron cookware?

First wash the cookware really well. then heat it in gas burner, add 2- 3 spoons of cooking oil and cut an onion and fry it in them for about 5-7 mins in low flame. Then discard the onions and the cookware is ready for use.
