How can we serve acidic food without Kalai in Kansa
Kansa has a high % of tin in the alloy itself. Acidic food can be stored/served for upto 4 hours without any adverse reaction from the copper in the alloy.
Can we cook food?
Kansa serve ware are made by beating ingots or kansa sheets. You cannot cook in them as they can break.
Only casted bronze can be used for cooking.
