Cast Iron kadai with flat bottom has been specifically made for convenience to use in various stoves especially it is induction stove friendly.
A versatile kadai for your day-to-day regular cooking like upma, deep frying of vada, poori, papad, samosa, kofta, make tasty roasts of potato or ladies finger, various sabjis and more.
The handles are convenient to hold using a cloth or mitten while cooking.
The Cast Iron kadai is pre-seasoned. The thickness & quality of Zishta Cast Iron Flat bottom kadai gives it longer life, higher iron density, retains heat longer and consumes less oil.

Are they Pre-seasoned?
All our Iron & Cast Iron Cookware are pre-seasoned following traditional techniques. We use Gingely (Sesame) oil for the seasoning process.
How to start using the Cast Iron cookware?
First wash the cookware really well. then heat it in gas burner, add 2- 3 spoons of cooking oil and cut an onion and fry it in them for about 5-7 mins in low flame. Then discard the onions and the cookware is ready for use.
