How to Maintain and Use these Products
Traditional products are not that difficult to maintain and use. Do check our detailed product manuals listed here
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. We take 2-3 business days to process orders. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive depending on your location. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 4-10 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email or on Whatsapp shared in the order.
Do you provide Cash on Delivery?
Yes we do provide cash on delivery for orders within India for purchase upto Rs.10,000/-. All Cash on delivery orders will be shipped post WA and call confirmation by customer. If no confirmation is provided within 24 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Do all Traditional Cookware work on Induction & Hot Plates
Induction by principle will work only on cookware which has an Iron base (Steel , Iron or Cast Iron). Only Cast Iron & Pure Iron from the Traditional range will work on Induction.
Coil stove, Hot plates use the principle of heat conduction to transfer heat and cook. All traditional cookware works on Coil stove/Hot plates.
